Overview
A commercial-grade pneumatic tyre inflation kit designed for HGVs, LGVs, and articulated fleets. This version is pre-fitted with a standard Male C-Type Suzie coupling, allowing drivers and fitters to plug the 18-metre air line directly into the tractor unit's existing trailer air brake supply for immediate roadside or yard pressure maintenance.
 
Practical Application
This kit is engineered to eliminate the need for separate workshop compressors or custom air tank fittings. By utilizing the Male C Suzie connector, operators can draw air straight from the cab's standard couplings.
Combined with the 18-metre EPDM rubber hose, the reach is sufficient to service all axles on a standard configuration without repositioning. Additionally, the dual chuck (twin hold-on) connector is specifically angled to bypass the outer wheel, providing secure, hassle-free access to the recessed inner tyre valves on twin-wheel commercial axles.
 
Workshop Note:
This unit operates on direct onboard air via a Male C-Type Suzie connection. It relies on the vehicle’s air compressor system being active and is not a standalone 12V electrical pump.
